Pay scale:

A)For UB-Sub-inspector- Level-11 (37800-86400)+allowances.

B)For UB category- Level -4 (22200-52400)+allowances.

C)AB category- Level - 4 (22200-52400)+allowances.

Eligibility:

A)UB SI (male/female):

   Age:21-27 yrs.

   Educational qualification: bachelors degree in any                  stream from a recognised university.

   Physical measurements: 

    Height:    Male (ST/SC)- 157 cm.

                      Male ( open)-162 cm.

                     Female (ST/SC)-152 cm.

                     Female (0pen)-157 cm.

B) For unarmed branched constable/fireman/driver fireman/MPRO operator/signal operator/ fireman mechanic/mechanic

     Age:18-21 yrs.

     Educational qualification:10+2 (passed).

     Height:  same as above.

C) For armed branch constable/battalion constable/driver constable/ handyman constable

    Age:18-21 yrs.

    Educational qualification: Class 9 (passed).

    Height: same as above.

Note: there shall be no measurement of chest and weight.

Scheme of recruitment exam:

A) For UB SI:

     Physical efficiency test (PET):100 marks.

     Written exam.                          : 300 marks.

     Interview.                                  :50 marks.

                                               Total :450 marks.

    Total time : 3 hrs.

    Syllabus: There will be 3 papers, syllabus for which has                         been provided here

                  A. General English-150 marks.                                                        (precis,essay,drafting and English grammar of                         matriculation std.)

                  B.Elementary mathematics,reasoning and basic                          science: 50 marks.

                  C.General knowledge:100 marks.

B) For UB category:-

     Physical efficiency test (PET):100 marks.

     Written exam.                          : 300 marks.

     Interview.                                  :50 marks.

                                               Total :450 marks.

    Total time: 90 minutes.

    Syllabus:There will be 3 papers.

                   A. Eng. Grammar and usage.-100 marks

                   B.Arithmetic/ elementary science.-100 marks

                   C.Gen. knowledge-100 marks.

C) For AB category:-

    Physical efficiency test (PET) :250 marks.

     Written exam.                          :150 marks.

     Interview.                                  :50 marks.

                                               Total :450 marks.     

    Time:60 mins 

    Syllabus: only 1 paper will be there.

                    A) Elementary and basic knowledge of English,                           basic arithmetic and general awareness.                                  (OMR based):150 marks
