Selection procedure:-

1. Shortlisting based on experience and MBBS marks, in a ratio of 1:10.

2. Interview as the sole selection method, with details communicated to shortlisted candidates.

3. Document verification during the interview, requiring original and photocopies of essential certificates.

4. Pre-employment medical examination for provisionally selected candidates.

5. Appointment subject to verification of caste, character, and antecedents.

6. Placement at HAL-IHC, Bangalore, or any division/R&D center/office of the company, with a restriction on transfer for the initial three years.

1. Download the prescribed Application Format from Appendix A from the official notification.

2. Fill the application form neatly in the prescribed format on A-4 size paper (typed/handwritten).

3. Gather photocopies of certificates/documents as proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Caste (in prescribed format), Disability (if applicable), Ex-servicemen discharge book (if applicable), and a self-attested recent Passport Size Photograph.

4. Send the filled application form and documents by post/courier to the address below:
