Eligibility:

a) citizen of India.

b) of good character.

c) in good health condition.

d) if married, not more than one spouse.

e) must be able to read write and speak Odia fluently and must have passed:

• Middle school examination (Odia as language subject) or
• HSC examination or equivalent examination (Odia as medium of examination in non language subject) or
• Odia as language subject in the final examination of class 7 or above from a school or educational institution recognised by the government of Odisha all the Government of India or
• A test in Odia in middle English school standard conducted by the school and Mass Education Department, Government of Odisha.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline + computer knowledge

Age:

Min:21 years

Max:38 years

Age relaxation:

SC/ST/EBC/Women : 5 years

PwD/Ex-servicemen: 10 years

PwD(SC/ST): Cumulative age relaxation of 10 years

Plan and pattern of examination:

The exam comprises of three stages:

Stage 1: Preliminary examination              150 marks

Stage 2: Main written examination               200 marks

            Paper 1: language (Odia and English)

            Paper 2: General Studies

            Mathematics test (only for the post of auditor).

            Computer skill test (only for the posts of                          Auditor, Inspector of endowments junior                        assistant (HOD), junior assistant (district                        offices under department of water resources).
