Eligibility criteria:

Position: Professor

Age: 47 to 55 years (as of 01.03.2024)

Educational Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks in Post-graduation in disciplines such as Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Educational Measurement, Psychological Measurement, or Psychometrics.

Experience: Minimum 12 years post-Ph.D. experience in Teaching/Research and/or Industrial/Professional field. At least 3 years of experience should be at the Associate Professor level. Preference given to qualifications and Ph.D. related to Educational/Employment Testing/Technology in Assessment and related fields. Experience in Examination content creation, Content Analysis, Psychometrics, and Data Analytics related to examination is preferred.

Position: Assistant General Manager (Information Technology)

Age: 35 to 50 years (as of 01.03.2024)

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in Information Technology, with at least 3 years as Head/Next to Head of IT function. Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure handling, including Data Centre operation, Server Virtualization, Networking, and IT Security functions. Proficiency in Operating Systems like Windows and Linux/Unix, Active Directory, VPN, Remote Access technology, firewall, and Proxy server. Basic knowledge of programming/software development and databases.

Position : Research Associate

Age: 23 to 30 years (as of 01.03.2024)

Educational Qualifications: Post-Graduation in Psychology/Education/Psychological Measurement/Psychometrics/Statistics/Management (Specialization in HR) with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities/institutes. Computer competency is required.

Experience: Preferably one year experience in academic research/test development. Competency in computer operation is a must.

Position : Hindi Officer

Age: 23 to 30 years (as of 01.03.2024)

Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a major or elective subject at Graduation, or Master’s degree in English with Hindi as a major or elective subject at Graduation, or Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English with Hindi as a major or elective subject at Graduation. Desirable to have competency in computer operation.

Experience: Minimum one year experience in Hindi translation of various reports/documents/letters, preferably in a bank/financial institution. Competency in operating computer is a must.

Position: Deputy Manager (Accounts) (Chartered Accountant)

Age: 23 to 30 years (as of 01.03.2024)

Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Experience: Preferably 1 year experience in handling Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Investment, and management of funds.

Position: Analyst Programmer

Age: 23 to 30 years (as of 01.03.2024)

Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/Computer Engineering), MCA, M.Sc. (IT), or M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification work experience in software development using ASP.NET Core, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. Familiarity with Node.JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular JS, and web application security. Knowledge of DBMS platforms, virtual Windows server, virtual DB, and web application firewall (WAF). Experience in RDBMS (MS-SQL) and SQL queries is required.
