- Position: Head Constable Driver (Grade-II)

- Pay Scale: Level-4 in the Pay Matrix (₹25,500 - ₹81,100)

Eligibility Criteria

- Current Role: Staff Car Drivers of the Central Government

- Experience:

- Holding an analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

- Eight years of service in Level-2 in the Pay Matrix (₹19,900 - ₹63,200) with passing the trade test.

Age and Age Relaxation

- Maximum Age Limit: 56 years as on the last date for application receipt.

Educational Qualification

- Basic Requirement:

Ability to read English numerals and figures, knowledge of traffic regulations, ability to locate faults and carry out minor repairs, and ability to change wheels and inflate tires.

Selection Procedure

1. Application Screening: Based on eligibility and completeness of the application.

2. Trade Test: Assess abilities such as reading English numerals and figures, traffic regulations knowledge, minor repairs, and wheel change and inflation.
