No. 02/2024/CHQ) dated 16.02.2024 for the selection of Junior Executives through GATE 2024. AAI, a prestigious Public Sector Enterprise under the Government of India, is responsible for creating, upgrading, and managing civil aviation infrastructure across the country. This recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies for various posts in the organization. Eligible candidates are invited to apply online through the AAI website, following the criteria outlined in the notification.

- Important Dates:

  - Opening Date for receipt of Online Applications: April 2, 2024

  - Closing Date for submission of Online Applications: May 1, 2024

  - Availability of Schedule for Application Verification: To be announced on the AAI website


- Vacancy Details:

  - Junior Executive (Architecture): 3 vacancies

  - Junior Executive (Engineering‐ Civil): 90 vacancies

  - Junior Executive (Engineering‐ Electrical): 106 vacancies

  - Junior Executive (Electronics): 278 vacancies

  - Junior Executive (Information Technology): 13 vacancies


- Eligibility Criteria:

  - Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as of May 1, 2024

  - Relaxation in Age: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non‐Creamy layer), and 10 years for PwBD candidates

  - Educational Qualification: Varies as per the post, detailed in the advertisement


- Pay Scale:

  - Junior Executive [Group‐B: E‐1 level]: Rs. 40,000‐3%‐140,000 per month +other allowances as per the authority


- Reservation:

  - Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates as per government guidelines


- Selection Procedure:-

1. GATE‐2024 Score Evaluation:

   - Candidates must appear in GATE‐2024 in relevant disciplines.

   - GATE score is the primary determinant of merit.


2. Application Verification:

   - Shortlisting for Application Verification based on furnished details and eligibility.

   - Date for Application Verification informed separately.


3. Shortlisting for Application Verification:

   - Application numbers of shortlisted candidates posted on AAI website.

   - Call letters sent to registered email IDs.


4. Submission of Original Documents:

   - Produce original certificates with proof of identity during Verification.

   - Failure to produce may lead to rejection.


5. Provisional Selection based on GATE Score:

   - Provisional selection based on merit list from GATE scores.

   - Meeting all other eligibility criteria required.


6. Resolution of Tie Cases:

   - Tie cases resolved based on higher GATE score, age, and marks in qualifying degree.


7. Posting of Application Numbers of Provisionally Selected Candidates:

   - Application numbers of selected candidates declared on AAI website.

   - Offer of Appointment sent to registered email IDs.


8. Verification of Documents:

   - Further verification of documents related to age, qualifications, and caste.

   - Must meet all requirements for appointment.


9. Finalization of Appointment

   - Appointment subject to verification and meeting eligibility criteria.

   - Service conditions applicable as per AAI regulations.


- Application Fee:

  - Rs. 300 for General/OBC candidates, exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/Female candidates

  - Register email ID and mobile number before applying

  - Upload scanned photograph and signature as per specifications

  - Pay application fee through online mode only
