Eligibility criteria:-

Educational Qualification:

• Qualifications must be acquired through Regular/ Full Time Courses from recognized Institutes/ Universities.
• Correspondence/ Distance Education/ Part Time/ E-learning qualifications are not eligible.
• Minimum of 60% Marks or corresponding CGPA Ratings/Gradations in qualifying examinations.
• Percentage rounding off not allowed.

Age:

- For unreserved candidates: Upper age limit is 35 years as of 08.05.2024.

Age Relaxation:

- SC/ST/EWS candidates applying for UR posts treated on par with UR criteria; no relaxation extended.

- OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates: Relaxation of up to 3 years for reserved posts.

- PwBD candidates: Eligible for relaxation up to 10 years.

- Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989: Relaxation of up to 5 years.

- Ex-servicemen: Allowed age deduction based on length of service, not exceeding 3 years.

- Upper age limit with all relaxations not to exceed 55 years (56 years for PwBD candidates) as of 08.05.2024.

Application fee:-

Amount: Rs. 500/-

Exemption: SC/ST/PwBD category candidates are exempted from the application fee.

Payment Method: Crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized Bank (preferably State Bank of India) in favor of ‘Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Hyderabad’, payable at Hyderabad.

Selection procedure:-

1. Shortlisting based on Qualifying Examination marks. 2. Written Test

• Duration: 2 ½ hours
• Location: Hyderabad
• Details: The Written Test will have 3 parts with Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs):
  • Part-I: General Awareness (20 questions)
  • Part-II: English & Reasoning (40 questions)
  • Part-III: Concerned Discipline (100 questions)
• Each question carries 1 mark with no negative marking.
• Admit Card will be sent by email, mentioning the date, time, and venue.

3. Document Verification for qualified candidates. 4. Pre-employment Medical Examination at HAL Hospitals. 5. Final Offer of Appointment based on medical reports and character verification.

How to apply??.

1. Download the Application Form from the Career Portal of the HAL website.

2. Fill out the application form with accurate details.

3. Affix the latest passport size photograph on the application form.

4. Prepare a crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favor of HAL, Hyderabad, payable at Hyderabad.

5. Write your name and the post applied for on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.

6. Send the duly filled application form along with the Demand Draft and photograph by post to the following address:

7. Ensure the envelope is super-scribed with the post applied for and advertisement number.

8. Send the application only through Ordinary Post / Speed Post/ Registered Post / Courier. Applications received through Fax/ E-mail will not be accepted.

9. Provide a valid Mobile number and Email ID in the application for further communication.

10. Note that requests for changes in Date of Birth, Mailing Address, Category, etc., once declared in the application form, will not be entertained.

11. No need to attach documents/certificates/testimonials along with the application form. However, candidates called for Document Verification must produce original certificates.
