Position: Management Trainee (Company Secretary)

Nature of Engagement: The engagement as a trainee is specifically for training purposes and does not imply appointment on the regular rolls of UJVN Limited. Trainees do not have the same benefits as regular employees, nor any right to absorption into regular employment.

Salary:-

-A consolidated stipend of Rs. 12,000/- per month for ICSI Executive/Intermediate (CS) Passed candidates.

- A consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month for ICSI Professional/Final Passed candidates.

These stipends are payable during the training period, which is initially for 15 months, extendable up to 24 months as per ICSI guidelines.

Eligibility criteria:-

1. Candidates must have passed the ICSI Executive or Professional examination.

2. They should be eligible for 15/24 months training under the provisions of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
