Junior Secretariat Assistant/Lower Division Clerk Grade LDCE 2021 & 2022: Results Declared for Computer Based Examination (CBE)-Paper-II

 



Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the results of the Computer Based Examination (CBE)-Paper-II for the Junior Secretariat Assistant/Lower Division Clerk Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) 2021 & 2022. The examination was conducted for the following Services/Cadres:


* Railway Board Secretariat Clerical Service, Ministry of Railways

* Armed Forces Headquarters Clerical Service (AFHQ)

* M/o External Affairs (Cadre Cell)

* Central Passport Organization, M/o External Affairs

* Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute, D/o Agriculture and Farmers Welfare

* Forest Survey of India, M/o Environment, Forest & Climate Change

* Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA)


Scheme of the Examination

The examination consisted of two parts:


* Part-I: Paper-I (Written Examination) and Paper-II (Computer Based Examination)

* Part-II: Evaluation of service records


Candidates who qualified in the Computer Based Examination (Paper-II of Part-I) would be considered for evaluation of Paper-I.


Cut-off Marks and Number of Candidates Qualifying in Paper-II

Based on the performance in Paper-II of the examination, 895 candidates have been shortlisted for evaluation of Paper-I. The category-wise cut-off marks and the number of candidates qualifying in Paper-II are as given below:


* SC: 20

* ST: 20

* UR: 30

* PwBDs: 20


The number of candidates available for 2021 (List-I) and 2022 (List-II) are as follows:


* SC: 34 and 45

* ST: 25 and 51

* UR: 267 and 473

* PwBDs: 14 and 18


Note:


* Candidates who applied under OBC/EWS category have been considered against UR vacancies.

* In addition to UR candidates shown above, 24 SC and 22 ST candidates qualifying at UR cut-off have been shown under their respective categories.

*Includes 12 UR (05-OH, 05-HH, 01-VH and 01-PwBD Others) and 02 SC (02-OH) candidates.

* In addition to UR candidates shown above, 31 SC and 43 ST candidates qualifying at UR cut-off have been shown under their respective categories.

*  Includes 16 UR (08- OH, 06-HH, 01- VH and 01- PwBD Others) and 02 SC (02-OH) candidates.


List of Candidates

The list of the candidates is purely provisional and subject to their fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective posts in the Notice of Examination.


Answer Keys

Representations received from the candidates with regard to the Answer Keys have been carefully examined and the Answer Keys have been modified wherever necessary before preparing final Answer Keys. The final Answer Keys have been used for evaluation. Final Answer Keys and marks of the qualified and non-qualified candidates will be uploaded on the Commission’s website shortly.



The results of the Computer Based Examination (CBE)-Paper-II for the Junior Secretariat Assistant/Lower Division Clerk Grade Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) 2021 & 2022 have been declared by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The examination was conducted for various Services/Cadres, and 895 candidates have been shortlisted for evaluation of Paper-I based on their performance in Paper-II. The list of candidates is provisional and subject to their fulfilling all the eligibility conditions prescribed for the respective posts in the Notice of Examination. The final Answer Keys and marks of the qualified and non-qualified candidates will be uploaded on the Commission’s website shortly.
